I started using Just Click Networks as an interim replacement for mobile phone addiction and compulsive online behavior.
I had a high usage of:

- compulsive web searching
- compulsive researching
- repetitive phone checking
At a certain point, the behavior stopped feeling intentional.
I would automatically:
- unlock my phone
- check notifications
- open apps repeatedly
- endlessly scroll
- search random things online
